“Massive - small” is a term we stole from the manufacturing sector. The idea that instead of scaling a single product, better to scale the opportunity for relevant, specific products to be developed in context. Initiatives we suggest in the report include incentivising innovation, novel funding mechanisms, enabling environment.

I have a question regarding the current situation of education of children with disabilities in Afghanistan. Is there any road map set up by the world bank for the education of children with disabilities in Afghanistan in post August 15th withdrawal context.

Thanks for sharing that Christine. I think Rwanda and REB is a great example of what can be done, especially your focus on the development of accessible digital textbooks ( with audio and sign language overlays).
